A multi-sensory experience that aims to create ambivalences and memories across the territories linked to winemaking culture, gastronomic, cultural and territorial heritage of Hirpinia: the Anthemis Experience offered by Borgo San Gregorio customizes paths into its lands, weaving authentical tours into the origins of the known Loreto Abbey, where centuries of history, knowledge and handcraft production are preserved. To enrich the experience, it includes the winery tour of the suggestive and majestic Feudi di San Gregorio Wine Cellar, followed by a guided of the finest “Le Selezioni” labels tasting. Ristorante San Gregorio waits for a gastronomic path paired with wine, through the eight courses tasting menu and a pairing with esteemed references of authentic grapes denomination. A night at one of the residences surrounded by silent landscapes and wonderful vineyard ends up with an à la carte gourmet breakfast.
