The Apartment Roma: Aperitivo Class with Dylan Tripp – 15/12 XMAS EDITION

From the surprising mise-en-place to the unexpected floral decoration, up to the gastronomic accompaniment to amaze all the guests.
In one of the most ancient and historical palaces of the Capital, Palazzo Taverna Orsini, everything will be taken care of in detail and the participants will be involved in the preparations of the Christmas aperitif to which everyone would like to be invited!

The voucher includes:
– Floral workshop on the art of the table with Dylan Tripp, set designer and flower artist
– SAN GREG aperitif with the proposals of Marco Gallotta chef and a preview tasting of the Mini Rosetta Special San Greg created by Zia Rosetta for the winter season

At the end of the event, it will be possible to take the composition created during the workshop.
