A theater of wine among the beautiful hills of Sorbo Serpico in the province of Avellino, a research laboratory for high-quality and territorial products and an excellent restaurant. The restaurant experiments with in-depth research on the raw material and has developed a long-term project thanks to the creation of solid collaborations with its suppliers and thanks to the creation of a vegetable garden for exclusive use for the production of vegetables, fruit and herbs.
